Kgosi gained his BCom Honours in Accountancy at the University of Johannesburg. He went on to complete his traineeship in public practice with the big 4 and qualified as a Chartered Accountant of South Africa.

He has experience in private and public companies across various industries including Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences.
