Tarquin is the Director of Talent at CellCentric and Director of Life Sciences at Compass Carter Osborne.

He has over two decades of international executive search experience and is deeply networked within the life science industry. Tarquin focuses on C-Suite, Board and senior leadership roles across the sector. He has been involved in many high-profile hires including the CEO for the global vaccine non-governmental organization CEPI (Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations).

Prior to joining CellCentric, Tarquin has held senior roles in life science boutique search firms and was a Global Talent Scout at AstraZeneca for the IMED business unit

Tarquin is a trained STEM advocate and has BEd (Hons) degree from Homerton College, University of Cambridge. He is an accomplished communicator who chairs industry panels on talent attraction and retention, careers, networking and EDI topics.

He has also been a regular guest on the Royal Pharmaceutical Society podcasts and written articles and blogs for the Pharmaceutical Physician Journal, PharmaTimes, Phamafile, MedNous and other industry publications.

He is also a qualified martial arts instructor with multiple black belts and international competitive experience.
