She brings extensive experience in clinical operations across oncology, cell and gene therapy, rare disease, immunology, dermatology, and other complex therapeutic areas. Her experience spans all phases of the clinical trial lifecycle, from start-up through close-out with a commitment to advancing patient care through cross-functional collaboration.

Prior to joining CellCentric, Steph most recently served as a Senior Clinical Research Associate at a CRO, supporting global, multi-centre studies. Her earlier experience in life sciences includes project management, overseeing large-scale global medical meetings, and strategic planning.

Steph holds a B.S. in Biological Sciences from North Carolina State University and has conducted published academic research in the field of toxicology.
