Melissa joined CellCentric in July 2025.

Melissa brings over 15 years of experience scaling HR functions across biotech and life sciences organizations. Known for her consultative approach and business alignment, Melissa has successfully built and evolved HR operations from the ground up in both early-stage startups and mid-sized clinical-stage companies.

Prior to joining CellCentric, Melissa held a senior HR leadership role at a mid-sized clinical-stage organization focused on developing next-generation vaccines for cancer and infectious diseases. She is a proven leader adept at developing measurable HR strategies that align with company vision and drive positive performance.

Melissa studied Psychology and English at the University of New Hampshire. Melissa enjoys time with her family and outdoor summer activities.
