Josiane joined CellCentric in June 2025
Josiane is a seasoned pharmaceutical quality leader and certified Qualified Person (QP) and Responsible Person (RP), with over a decade of international experience across the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and medical device industries. She has held senior quality roles with companies such as Abbott, Wave Life Sciences, and Curium Pharma, supporting both clinical and commercial operations across Europe and the United States, delivering regulatory excellence and driving continuous improvement across complex global GxP environments.
Josiane is an accomplished quality assurance leader with over a decade of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device industries. Her expertise spans GxP compliance (GCP, GMP, GDP, GLP), clinical trial oversight, vendor qualification, and global regulatory frameworks including EMA, FDA, MHRA, and ANVISA. She has led complex remediation programmes following regulatory inspections, overseen global quality improvement initiatives, and supported the launch and management of clinical studies, expanded access programmes, as well as commercial product launch. Josiane is also highly experienced in commercial batch release of various dosage forms, including oral dosage form and sterile products, as well as distribution oversight.
Prior to joining CellCentric, Josiane held senior roles in quality and compliance at Abbott, Wave Life Sciences, Amicus Therapeutics, Curium Pharma. She also served as Head of Quality and Responsible Person for several UK and EU licensed manufacturers and distributors, overseeing end-to-end quality functions, regulatory inspections, and supply chain compliance globally.
Josiane holds a degree of Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from the University of Reims, a Master’s degree in the Quality of Medicinal Products, Medical Devices & Cosmetics from the University of Paris Descartes, and an MBA from the University of Liverpool.
Beyond her professional activities, Josiane is involved in the support and assistance to homeless people. She is also a passionate equestrian, avid reader, and enjoys fencing and salsa dancing.
