Jason joined CellCentric in August 2026.

Jason brings 30 years of life sciences executive leadership and investment banking experience.  Most recently, Jason was Chief Financial Officer at Lyra Therapeutics, a public, clinical stage biotech company where he led multiple financings and oversaw finance, accounting, corporate development, human resources, information technology, facilities, corporate communications, and investor relations.

Prior to Lyra, he served as Managing Director at Cantor Fitzgerald, where he was responsible for building and managing Cantor’s life sciences mergers and acquisitions business.  Earlier in his career, Jason advised boards and executive teams on capital markets and M&A transactions as an investment banker at RBC Capital Markets, Bear, Stearns & Co., Barclays Capital and Lehman Brothers.  In his career, Jason has advised on over 50 completed M&A transactions as well as capital markets transactions representing over $40 billion in proceeds.

Jason earned a B.S. in Applied Economics and Business Management from Cornell University and an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School.
