Gail joined CellCentric in June 2025

With over two decades of experience in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry, Gail has established a distinguished career across clinical development, patient advocacy, commercial operations, and medical affairs. Over the past 13 years, Gail has built teams in medical affairs specialising in launch and engagement strategies, honing expertise in Multiple Myeloma, Myelodysplastic Syndromes (MDS), and rare oncology diseases. Her work has consistently focused on improving patient outcomes and shaping innovative therapeutic strategies.

Before joining CellCentric, Gail held the position of Head of Global Medical Capabilities at BioCryst Pharmaceuticals, where she led initiatives to enhance medical functions on a global scale. She also contributed significantly to groundbreaking work at Acceleron Pharma, Celgene Corporation, and Verastem Oncology, leveraging her deep understanding of oncology and rare diseases to drive medical excellence.

Gail holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Kean University and earned her Master of Business Administration from the Stillman School of Business at Seton Hall University. Her unique blend of clinical and business acumen has enabled her to navigate complex medical landscapes while maintaining a patient-centred approach to her work.
