Dr. Thatcher most recently served as Senior Director of Field Medical for Malignant Hematology at Pfizer, where she worked on national field medical strategy across multiple myeloma and a broad pan oncology portfolio. She oversaw field trial leadership activities, strengthening collaboration among field medical professionals, clinical development teams, and multiple headquarters based medical affairs groups. Her leadership has accelerated trial recruitment, improved site performance, and advanced integrated evidence planning across the oncology pipeline.
