Celia joined CellCentric in May 2025.

Celia is a biotechnology executive with deep expertise in corporate strategy, finance, and investor relations.  She most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer of Gritstone bio, Inc., a clinical-stage biotech company focused on cancer immunotherapy and infectious disease vaccines.

Prior to Gritstone, Celia held senior roles across the biotechnology industry, including as Senior Vice President of Strategy and External Affairs at Kezar Life Sciences, and in leadership positions at Aurinia Pharmaceuticals, BioMarin Pharmaceutical, and the Biotechnology Innovation Organization (BIO). She has also worked in healthcare-focused financial services, including at a hedge fund specializing in life sciences investments.

Celia holds a BA from McGill University and an MPH from Columbia University and is the founder of the Biotech CFO Sisterhood, a peer network designed to support and connect women CFOs in the biotechnology industry. She also serves on the board of Scientific Adventures for Girls, a non-profit dedicated to empowering young girls in STEM.
