Program and Venue:
Due to unforeseen circumstances, the program may change and CellCentric Ltd. reserves the right to alter the venue and/or speakers.

Cancellations:
Cancellation of pre-booked registration is subject to £100 administration charge. Cancellations must be received in writing (to events@cellcentric.com ) at least 30 days prior to the start of the conference. The full fee is applicable after this date. Substitute delegates are welcome, with no extra fee payable.

Payment:
Payment must be made at time of registration. Delegates with un-cleared payments will be requested by our staff to provide a credit card guarantee at the registration desk.

Duplication and Recording:
Photography, audio taping, video recording, digital taping, or any other form of duplication is strictly prohibited in the conference sessions and the exhibition hall. Photos cannot be taken of slides in session rooms without the presenters’ written permission. This rule will be strictly enforced. Violators will lose their badges if found infracting this rule.

Liability Waiver:
I, as a conference participant, agree and acknowledge that I am undertaking such participation in CellCentric events and activities of my own free will. I hereby assume all risks of personal injury and/or other loss or damage arising out of or in any way associated with my participation in this event. I release to the fullest extent permitted by law, CellCentric Ltd. and any of its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, contractors, agents or other representatives, successors, assigns, and all others acting on their behalf (collectively referred to herein as the "Released Parties") from any and all responsibilities, claims, expenses, personal injury, wrongful death or liability for injuries or damages of any kind resulting from or in any way arising out of my participation in any event organized by CellCentric Ltd.

I acknowledge that my participation in this event is expressly conditioned on my agreeing to the foregoing.
This contract is prepared subject to English Law.
