Lead ProgrammesCellCentric’s primary therapeutic focus is cancer. The company is progressing four lead programmes at preclinical stage, two histone methyltransferases, a histone demethylase and a ubiquitin modifier.
In each case the company is able to leverage privileged confidential information from multiple sources alongside public data to gain biology insight and a competitive position for drug discovery. Multiple further targets are in a pipeline.

CellCentric conducts drug discovery predominantly through an outsourced operation, using specialist contract research organisations. This fits with capital efficiency, but also with the requirement for different skills and resources for different programmes.
CellCentric has licensed an additional methyltransferase drug discovery programme, CC011, to Takeda Pharmaceuticals. |
